Q: Who pays for the order?

A: The NEC channel partner (“dealer”) pays for the orders.

 

Q: Are orders reimbursable through the NEC MDF Program?

A: To request MDF, submit your claim request through the NEC Anytime Portal before placing your order, as prior approval is required. Once you have received your order and paid the invoice, return to the NEC Anytime Portal to add a copy of the paid receipt to your Prior Approved claim and submit it for final approval. For any questions regarding the NEC MDF Program, please contact partnermarketing@necam.com.

 

Q: Is the shipping cost reimbursable through the NEC MDF Program?

A: Yes. The shipping cost is reimbursable under the NEC MDF Program if included in the original claim request total.

 

Q: Do gift cards qualify for the NEC MDF Program?

A: No, gift cards are excluded.

 

Q: Do the items have to be co-branded to qualify for the NEC MDF Program?

A: To qualify for reimbursement, the items must have either the NEC or UNIVERGE BLUE logo. Of course, we want your company logo on there as well, so co-branding is encouraged and preferred.

 

Q: Are there more product options available other than what is listed on this website?

Q:  Do you take accept credit card.

A:  We accept all major credit cards. Please note that your credit card payment will show as Austin Ad Group.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A:  Orders will ship via ground shipping within 2 to 3 weeks. Fast ships are available upon request with additional freight charges. Please contact info@austinadgroup.com for a quote. Shipping is calculated in real time by the carrier and is based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination. If for any reason, additional shipping charges occur, we will contact you for payment. 

 

Q:  Why is it telling me I must buy a certain amount?

A: You must order at least the minimum quantity listed for each item. If the minimum is not added to the cart, an error message will appear at the bottom of the cart that says "ERROR: MINIMUM QTY". You will need to adjust the quantity and click the Update Cart button.

 

Q:  I am unhappy with what I ordered; can I trade out my items?

A: All sales are final. Orders are printed on demand, and we cannot do returns or exchanges. For an exception, please email orders@austinadgroup.com.
